Personally I'd check for crepitus and the proceed making a blend with
muscle testing. But if that is not a skill you posses - id muscle
test still. Somtimes we really don't want to bring down the
inflamation in a break at first as its our body's way of making a
great cast. Pat- if your body needs that inflammation to secure the
break, will the Frank take it down. I felt impressed not to apply it
to my husbands broken toe as he required the inflamation.
If its broken- white fir & Helicrism are amazing for broken bones.
Put it as close as you can to the sight, the oils will get where they
are needed most. Can put in a spray bottle with water too for
lacerations, so that might be a way to get under a cast if you really
felt it needed to be closer. But I'd probably rub it on the closest
area not in a cast in that situation.
