No crepitus according to her. After the fall the guy she was with manipulated her whole hand and didn't think anything was broken so if anything it may just be a crack.  Sprains are the worst but we do have lots of experience with those!  These things always happen when I need to go to work and don't have time to research!

If its broken- white fir & Helicrism are amazing for broken bones.
Put it as close as you can to the sight, the oils will get where they
are needed most.  Can put in a spray bottle with water too for
lacerations, so that might be a way to get under a cast if you really
felt it needed to be closer.  But I'd probably rub it on the closest
area not in a cast in that situation.
