Skin brush with a dry brush or a loofah (Google or Youtube for exact directions). Use Slim and Sassy oil and/or Grapefruit with coconut oil as a moisturizer on the saggy areas.  Be patient. It can take some time.  Cypress should also take out excessive water and may be helpful.  Congrats on the newer slimmer YOU! If you wear your upper body clothes just a tiny bit bigger than your body so that it is form fitting, not tight, the excess skin will not be noticeable when you are dressed.  The skin brushing is quite miraculous.  There are also vibration machines that are helpful for this.  Beauty Angel is one brand that some spas have.  It really does tighten and firm.

Having lost 100lb + I have been left with saggy skin and it is the
worst at the tops of my thighs, under my arms and tummy. I know it
will never go back to the way it was but does anyone have suggestions
on oils that will help tighten it or appear more tight?
