[Everything doTERRA] Re: Major Addiction

Well unfortunately "consistency" is the KEY with the oils...and some
days are easier than others, so hope I hope you are able to be more
consistent going forward:) I personally use about 12-15 drops of
Grapefruit oil/day...I LOVE the way it tastes in my water so this is
no chore at all...I also drink about 20 drops of Lemon, just love all
the citrus oils and the way they taste:) They are all really yummy in
iced tea as well...I use a lot of green tea for iced tea. Again also
good for the body:) When/if I sweeten itmy tea I use stevia. I don't
sweeten my water.
