Hi Pat,
I have a daughter that has torn her ACL a couple times. She is playing soccer with a brace but hurt it in a game a few weeks ago. Her knee gives out and they think she may have stretched the ACL.
What would be good to give her?
I know lemongrass is good for ligaments, tendons, and knee issues.
Do you have any other suggestions?
