Mona, were you referring to the oil pulling discussion? If so, do a search for that topic on this group and you will see the need to spit out, but that is after at least 10 minutes and the toxins should not be swallowed.
This is a seperate subject from just swishing and swallowing the oils & water. I do the swishing and swallowing instead of gargling if I have a sore throat (gargling gags me), just try not to let the stronger oils touch your lips.

I can't even imagine swishing and spitting, you will get some of the nutrients but not all. I recommend taking them in capsule form until someone can show me proof of something better.
