Pat,

So you think capsules are better than "swish & swallow"?  Just wondering the most direct & effective way to get the oils in.  I think I did get confused when reading something about the "oil pulling" versus swish & swallow.  

I don't mind taking the hotter oils with water & a bit of FCO but if capsules are a better method I'll switch to it.
