I have heard that the FCO helps a lot. You need to keep the area clean and moist so it does not get angrier and spread. This was going around school when I was young at it is no fun, I got it under my eye : ( I will see what else I can find. Lavender is also calming. I would use melaleuca then FCO, lavender, FCO and so on to start. I am sure more people will chime in. Sadly I did not have oils and had neosporin (not sure of spelling) which made it worse.

Anyone know what oils to used for Infantigo or impetigo. My friends son has sores all around his mouth. My first thought is Melaluca but what else?
