My order came without the free lemon oil also. I called doterra and the rep said that the free lemon oil if you ordered during convention wasn't correctly added to some of the orders. He just processed and sent one out to me. So give them a call and they will fix it. Just be patient when you call, they can tell from your order if you "pushed" the order during the correct time.
