It is hard to blame the oils when you are already sick, I would listen more to your body and attack the problem before it is upon you. During flu season I am using doTERRA's new OnGuard Plus and drinking plenty of water. I am also using GX Assist, Zendocrine, PB Assist and Terrazyme so my body is clear. Last I am avoiding pills, soda, sugars and excessive breads. Look inside for solutions to problems outside.
