I know you don't want to hear this and are not asking for it, but I had a friend do this diet. She loved the initial results but she said she basically had to starve herself to get there. Then the moment she stopped the diet she immediately gained all of the weight back plus some. She said that it really messed with her metabolism and she's been struggling with that ever since.
