Helichrysum is great for ear issues. a little drop is plenty. Helichrysum potent and powerful. Put along the back of your ear and wipe inside your ear WITHOUT dripping into the canal. Be sure and get on the LLV. That will help with health as much as anything.

I got some Balance and it has frank in it. Am I in need of continuing the frankenscense? I also have changed my diet. Juicing greens and nuts and seeds for protien.  I love deep blue and digestzen and breathe and lemon and oh so many for different things. I am slowly droping medications.
