I can see the efficacy of the PB, which will work on the good flora for your gut. However until you are through nursing doing a cleanse would also be a cleanse for your daughter.

I saw a functional medicine doctor who suggested reversing PB/GX Assist protocol for my situation and I forgot to mention I'm still nursing (babygirl is 3yrs, while she does eat plenty of solids, we're not stopping until she's ready). So that specific protocol is out, but I'm seriously considering getting on PB Assist, and maybe I can use some oils to help clean stuff out.
Currently I take 1tbsp raw apple cider vinegar every morning with raw honey & pink salt in warm water, water w/oil throughout the day (varies between lemon, grapefruit, on guard, slim/sassy depending on mood/how tummy feels).
