[Everything doTERRA] Unilevel earnings

Hi folks,
I've got a quick question. When Unilevel earnings are not high enough to automatically be direct deposited into an IPC's bank account, it is held by doTERRA in the IPC's AR acct.

At what time (or what $$ amount) are those funds sent via direct deposit?

I've looked everywhere for an answer.
