My nephew has a spot that started out about the size of a dime that looked chapped and dry on his chin. 2 months and 4 oils later it is waaayyyyyy worse. It's now about the size of a half dollar. We tried lavender, Myrrh, sandlewood and melaleuca. It looks like a carpet burn and I'm sure it itches as he keeps rubbing and scratching. What can I do???
