[Everything doTERRA] Replacing Rosemary in Zendocrine

Hello,

Does anyone know what I can use in place of rosemary in the zendocrine blend? I am supposed to stay away from it and would like to make my own blend to get ready for GX and PB assist. Also, how many drops of the oils in the blend in a veggie cap and how often?
