Testimonial time! I got ready for work Th, felt OK but had diarrhea--took about 3 doses of DigestZen caps over an hour and away we go! Well, no more away we go but I did make it to work!
-- Once there started to get a headache, body aches, sore throat, you name it. ;-( By the time I got home 4 hours later felt the usual "I just want to die" flu symptoms. Viola! Flu Bomb in a bottle--took one about ever 2-3 hours all evening, plus a few more DZ, had a couple cough drops to boot! Fr felt GOOD, have had a touch of bathroom blues today, but the aches and general icky feeling are gone. Have to confess I took 2 ibuprofen for the headache, the usual pain blends didn't cut it, even with heat. However once it was gone it stayed that way.
My advice...have these in your medicine cabinet cause when you get the flu it will be way to late to order them! ;-)

Are the On Guard beads the same thing as the flu bomb that you can make yourself in a capsule? I have never used either but want to have something on hand this winter in case the flu or a cold or anything hits my house. I don't do flu shots so I was hoping this would be better :) Thanks! Also, any other cold and flu things you guys do?
