Hi,
-- No it is not silly at all. I wouldn't think that you are getting your chemicals out of balance but you might be overdoing it. It is best to stick to a couple of oils to address a condition and use a small amount frequently. Instead of for example using 2-3 drops each Frankincense and Lavender and Melaleuca and Clear Skin and etc. for a blemish once a day you are better off choosing one drop of one oil every hour.
When we first learn about the oils we are so excited that we want to try each oil. At the same time. LOL!
If you would like more specific help with your symptoms, please feel free to detail them here and we are happy to let you know what has worked for us.
Best,
Elizabeth

This may be a silly question, none- the- less I'm asking ( my husband is really asking ). I am wondering if there is a possibility that I may be over dosing with the oils in any way. I do see a Kinesiologist (I'm sure I did not spell that word correctly) but haven't seen her in about 4 months. If I am only using the oils according to my symptoms ( mostly topical and some diffusing), is there a chance that I may have gotten my chemicals all out of balance ? I have never read anything like that, but I decided to ask.Thank you in advance for your knowledge.
