I have IC and I used the blend that Liz talks about for about 6 months I now use 4 drops of Helicrysum, and Frankincense. I used it for about 3 months and now I don't have to use it at all. I also changed my diet to Gluten free and dairy free. I no longer use toilet paper I use baby wipes that are sensitive brand instead. I feel I have healed my IC. I am doing wonderful and have been pain free for over 7 months.
