[Everything doTERRA] Re: HCG and essential oils??

One of my client did the HCG diet repetatly and finally had to add her oils back in to continue on it as it was damaging her liver and racking her body. She was still able to loose the same. If your determined to do it, I do not recommend it. Then its imparitive to keep up a detox as the amout of toxins released when loosing weight if not properly flushed will damage your body.

Taking Slim n Sassy or Lemon, or Grapefruit in water. Applying Lemon or Myhurr or Zendocrine over the liver is wise. If the middle of your back begins to hurt and these oils aren't doing it Patchouli may be helpful as it assists with organ repair.
Zendocrine capsules can help keep the filters clear.
LLV to keep up nutrients, TerraZyme on an empty stomach helps break up leftovers in the gut. With is helpful to keep metabolism up. PB Assist puts the good bacteria back in the gut so keep digestion moving and a balance with yeast and bad bacteria.

Stay away from junk food when you are supposed to gorge. You can't afford to add more toxins to flush to what your already going to be flushing. Cut then out and do not add them back. They are the undoing of so many. One of the #1 killer to our elderly woman is broken bones and most junk foods steal calcium from our bodies to process.
Avocado's is an example of a healthy fat.

I hope you are able to achive what you are looking for without damaging your body to badly.
