I have been using oils for about 1 1/2 years now. Last year, I ended up with Influenza--twice! That was the first time in my life that I recall ever having the flu! Using the oils helped, as I only felt "dead" for about 3 days, and back to normal-ish after about 6-7, as opposed to being flat on my back for 5-7 days like most everyone else in my neighborhood had been. Unfortunately, both times, it also turned into ear infections/sinus infections after the fact.
-- That's good to know on the LLV timewise. Thanks for that. I'm just discouraged because they are SO expensive, and I've never taken a supplement before, besides Prenatal Vitamins and those were only $10 for a 2 month supply!
