There is a book called Modern Essentials, that Aroma Tools sells. They just came out with the 5th edition which includes all the new products. If that's the one you're talking about, then yes, that's a great book and it's not from blogs. It's the book that most of us have and use, along with the EverythingEssential.me site. The book gives wonderful detail about the oils and other products, along with including a list of health concerns and suggested protocols.
