I would use frankincense, but not in the eye. You can put a tiny bit around the eyes, but not too close. You could follow the frankincense with a tiny bit of cedarwood oil (our new one) if you choose. By tiny bit I mean put your finger on top of the bottle and flip the bottle so you get a tiny bit on your finger, then rub that on the skin around the eye, just not too close to the eye.
