I also have ingrown toenails and had one fixed last year. The other one is not as bad but it usually flares up once in a while and is tender. Just last week this happened and I put one drop of OnGuard on before bed--right on the sore part so it kind of went along the side of the nail bed. The next morning I had no pain! I did it again the following night just to be sure. Good luck! I know how painful and annoying they are.
