There are sublingual Vitamin D sprays (see Dr. Mercola's site for one example). Helichrysum is good to stop bleeding externally so why shouldn't it work internally as well. I really hope you get some other replies to this.  Does your daughter eat healthy?  She may have gluten and/or dairy intolerance. It may be helpful to do a cleanse.
