[Everything doTERRA] Re: Psoriasis

I have suffered from psoriasis for over 20 years. Until this year
nothing has helped. I refuse to us the biologic drugs. When the the
list of things that could happen related to a medication is several
pages long I would rather suffer with my psoriasis. Due to a program
I was envolved in I have not done the Doterra cleanse yet. Having
tried a thousand things over the years I just wanted to complete what
I was in the middle of before I started the cleanse. I will do it
next month and cannot wait to start. I have however completely
changed my diet. I only eat real food, nothing processed, no gluten,
and no dairy. I try to eat an alkaline diet. I currently use
melaleuca, Roman Camomile and Thyme for my psoriasis. They all help
calm the psoriasis. Over the past several weeks I have been using
coconut oil and thyme whipped together into a lotion and it has help
the scaling so much! I love this combination. I am going to add
bergamot to my next batch. I am still putting the other two oils on
topically as well. I put lemon in my water everyday. While I still
have large patches of psoriasis I feel better than I have in years!
It is a struggle and it will take time. I encourage you to tell your
friend to keep trying with the oils until she find what works for her
and to clean her diet up. Pat is so right on with the stress oils as
stress definitely plays a roll in psoriasis. I know that once I do
the Doterra cleanse and get on the LLV I will have even better
clearing of my psoriasis. Best of luck to your friend and tell her to
be patient psoriasis doesn't clear overnight and it can flare with
even one slip up.
