[Everything doTERRA] Commission from Preferred Members?

Hi there,

I'm new to doTERRA and very excited to be here!  I have looked at previous threads about Preferred Memberships, and I checked out the flyer and agreements forms as well.  There is one thing that I am confused about, and maybe someone can direct me to another printable that I am missing.  I have read that as an IPC, I would receive 9% commission of my PM's orders, but if they are purchasing at 20% discount, that quite doesn't add up like it does with retail customers (25% commission = same as wholesale discount). I also saw something about receiving up to 25% commissions of all combined PM orders each month.  Am I misunderstanding something?  Who has preferred customers and can explain to me the benefits for me?
