Charge an admission fee of $5.00 per person, there is nothing wrong with that and your costs are covered. If not then the leaders should split it evenly.

A group of us have been holding classes a couple times a month and
have been renting out different rooms that cost 50 to 75$ to rent.
All the IPC's in the area get together and some will bring guests that
have not yet enrolled with doTERRA for them to come and learn about
the oils.  We are trying to figure out how to fairly split the costs
for renting the room.  The IPC's come from different teams in the
area.

I would love to hear how others run their events since I see so many
great events that are posted.
