Roller ball on the bottom of his feet. Or teach him to use them himself. I hesitate to say it but it is a red flag sometimes that something is going on. There is a difference between not wanting displays of affection in front of friends and trying to be a little man and not wanting anyone to touch them ever. I always consider that there may have been some abuse or there is some sort of neurological issue or pain issue.
