Lori,
I'm fairly new to using Terrashield. No oil is really waterproof, but
it is systemic. It will soak into the skin, get into the blood stream,
and then repel the insects. I would try to put the sunscreen on
first, then the Terrashield. If they are getting bitten, reverse it,
Terrashield first, then sunscreen. Let us know what you find out!
This is very much how we learn the how to's is by people just trying,
then sharing.
