Rebecca, Yes, I would say it is because of the LLV and phytoestrogen. In the past I have tried to wean myself off the estrogen and within 3 days would start hot flashes and within a week had emotions like we hear about from our mothers!!!!! This hasn't occurred with this protocol. And if I didn't mention it, I took estrogen for 30+ years as I had to have the hysterectomy when I was 21yo. If I only take half the phytoestrogen I tend to have a "warm flash" and that seems to remind me to take the full dose. That only occurs if I do it 2-3 days in a row.
