I'm also new and have taken a prescription for heartburn. Yesterday I put a few drops of DigestZen in a veggie cap, took that in the morning. After dinner (spaghetti) I could feel the heartburn coming on, slightly. Rubbed DigestZen on my belly and feet. Fast relief and no issues. If I didn't do this I'd be up all night with acid reflux.
