I did physical therapy, wore a boot for 8 weeks, tried acupuncture and healing touch. All of them helped temporarily but the oils have really made a huge difference. I have been dealing with this for almost two years and am at risk for a ruptured Achilles tendon. Since I have been doing the oils, I can walk without cringing and the pain is virtually gone. It gets better every day.

After a few weeks they felt squishy and then by the end of 6 weeks they were gone. Of course that was her, I don't know how bad your's is.

I think the stretching is a good suggestion. My daughter was able to dissolve her bone spurs with lemongrass, applied topically and consistently. That was over three years ago and they have never come back.
