I have been doing a combination of cypress, eucalyptus, frankincense, helichrysum, peppermint and wintergreen for a few weeks and have seen some improvement but might switch to lemongrass. My podiatrist said he had never seen such big bone spurs so they might take a little while to dissolve. At least the excruciating pain is gone! J

I think the stretching is a good suggestion. My daughter was able to dissolve her bone spurs with lemongrass, applied topically and consistently. That was over three years ago and they have never come back.
