Wish I were more qualified/knowledgeable to make a viable suggestion to help you, but here is a very random comment anyway:  I was just reading up on rosacea and was surprised to find that one of the subcategories of that condition is ocular rosacea,  The eye can be watery and bloodshot, the eyelid can be red and puffy, and styes can be present. (They didn't discuss peeling, though.)    Also, acne-like cysts can be rosacea.  Don't know if you've been to a dermatologist...Sounds miserable, and hope you find a resolution soon.

I have tried various oils to combat this with no luck - I also have developed cystic like acne on my chin and jaw line - I am 51 and this is kinda crazy - so I stopped taking the phytoestrogen since this was the newest product that I added to my arsenal - but still no change - I had a complete hysterectomy 15 years ago and have been on estrogen replacement since then.  I no longer am on any meds because I have felt so dog gone good on doTERRA - however, I have to address my itchy peely puffy eye lids and this cystic acne!!  Thanks in advance for anyone that has any suggestions!!
