Beth - to the best of my knowledge, it should be just your level % of the LRP on the order, plus your shipping reward points...which can vary between 50 and 100%, depending on if your order through the web or through customer service. As you know, you only get LRP for products you buy and they sometimes are not the same as the dollar costs. Beyond that, I'm stumped. The above has been spot on for me.
