Re: [Everything doTERRA] Sprain/broken wrist

I have great luck with lemongrass and cypress and soaking it in Epsom salts.  My swelling and pain went away in a matter of a day.  For bruising soak the sprained wrist in water with ice and vinegar.  Hope she recovers soon!

We're not sure yet what it is but my daughter fell off a horse onto her wrist last night. Yesterday it was quite swollen but I didn't see bruising at that time.  I put on Helichrysum, gave her some herbal anti-inflammatories, Traumeel, put magnets and infrared wrap on and sent her to bed.  This morning it was still a bit swollen but there was also a large bruise visible around her hand/lower thumb area.  Put more Helichrysum on this morning and the other stuff too and Advil because the pain was bad and she had to open up at work.  No one to sub for her.  Someone else will come in around noon so she can leave then.

She'll go get an X-ray today but if anyone has other suggestions please let me know.  I am not sure if putting Helichrysum on it is a good idea if the bone is broken.  It may heal it wrong, couldn't it?

Thanks.
