My daughter-in-law's knuckles were so dry & cracked they were bleeding. She has had success using the hydrating cream.
Or, try adding the geranium or lavender to fco. Apply more frequently than 1-2x/day and alternate the eo with fco, then eo with lotion. I would apply one or the other once an hr.
Also, keep in mind adding LLV will be a more long term solution.
