What is "natural"? Most of their products listed on www.ewg.org/skindeep are in the "fair" category, not the "safe" one. Be sure to read labels. Just because a rep or a company says something is safe doesn't make it so. I was actually shocked when I read my first Arbonne labels at a trade show a few years ago. Marketing is done REALLY well when it comes to cosmetics. Almost everything labeled "organic" isn't really. "Organic" simply means based in carbon. Well so are petrochemicals! It's up to the consumer to read labels and NOT trust.
If we eat junk food it is filtered by the liver and at least part of it is broken down. This is not so with cosmetics, perfumes, vaccines, deodorant (most breast cancer tumors contain aluminum which is the number one ingredient in deodorant) etc that are going directly into the bloodstream without the benefit of being broken down into less harmful substances.
Best thing is to repair your skin and inner organs so as not to need makeup and use mineral powders (watch out for talc which is dangerous to inhale) when needed.

I know there's a lot of junk that goes into the stuff we paint our faces with, and I want to stop using it...but I would scare everyone to death w/o anything! A girl in our neighborhood was diagnosed with MS a couple of years ago, and they determined it was partly due to the heavy metals in the make up she was using....think she was using mineral make up at the time, plus a lot of pan-cake junk for the theater stuff she was involved with.
Anyway, this has been on my mind for a while, and was just hoping someone knows of something good and safe.
