Re: [Everything doTERRA] Low on Vitamin D

How low is his vitamin D level? If reallt low, he can supplement with vitamin D3 10,000 IU a day but be sure to retest in two months to see where the level goes. When he gets to the 60-80 range, he can back up to 5,000 IU a day. FWIW, my cholesterol came way down as soon as I got optimized on natural desiccated thyroid.

My husband just found out that he's low on vitamin D, but all they
said to do is get out in the sun more. The thing that's confusing is,
he's a contractor that works in the sun all day, in fact he has lots
of skin damage on his face because of it. So telling him to get more
sun just isn't a solution for him. Does anyone have anymore ideas for
him to try? They also said he has high cholesterol, it's 220 and they
said to eat healthier and exercise more. Does anyone have anymore
suggestions to lower cholesterol along with exercising?
