I agree with what Pat said. It isn't uncommon to have the reaction you
are having. It just means you have a lot of candida in your system.
Sometimes I think the little buggers know we're trying to kill them and
they try extra hard to survive. It really helps to remove white carbs
and sugars from your diet. Don't try and suffer through it. I hear over
and over again that people feel they have to endure when they are
uncomfortable to be healthy. Its not true in this case. Just go slow and
steady and repeat the GX Assist/PB Assist protocol quarterly.
