[Everything doTERRA] Re: Peppermint

I agree with the cinnamon. When I have a craving for something sweet,
I put a drop of cinnamon or wintergreen on my tongue and it takes away
the craving. The peppermint sometimes works as well, but when I have a
sweet craving I need something sweeter or candy tasting- hence the
cinnamon.

And I use grapefruit in my water which really helps curb the appetite.
