I knew I would think of more once I posted. I also take the bone
supplement, partially because of age and being small boned. But the
thing that excited me about it also was that it contains 400mg of
magnesium. Diabetes is one thing listed that magnesium helps with.
Google magnesium benefits and read the huge list of the things our
body needs magnesium for!! Looking at the list and having worked in
the medical field for 14 years and knowing how many people have
conditions listed there, I would say we live in a magnesium deficient
country.
