[Everything doTERRA] Re: heartburn

Step 1
Heartburn or reflux comes from a very low acid level in the stomach
the body does not have enough acid to break the food down and dump it
into the small intestines. Hence fermenting takes place which caused
the heartburn/reflux. Digest Zen in a capsule with lavender works
great but also apply digest zen to throat and Esophagus externally. I
place a little digest zen on the hand and lick it off everytime I feel
it coming on.

Step 2 -
Cut out the WHITE FLOUR.. only give protein, vegtables, fiber for the
next couple of wks following the above protocol. The White Flour is
the main culprit of the heartburn. Eliminating processed foods should
rid him of the problem.

Step 3
There is a product called Zypan made by Standard Process.
( http://www.illnessisoptional.com/ace/cart.asp) you must call and ask
for the product a 20% discount will be given... Have him take 2
tablets before each meal. This product extends the window of the gall
bladder and pancreas enzymes that get released to break down food.
Zypan basically will take care of Step 4

Step 4
Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. 2 Tbl in an 8oz glass water. works
wonders in 5 minutes. kids may not drink this, that is why I
mentioned Zypan.

Hope this helps
