[Everything doTERRA] GX Assist and DigestZen at same time?

I have been taking DigestZen 3 drops 2 times a day for diarrhea.  I think I have an overgrowth of Candida due to taking antibiotics and need to do the GX Assist cleanse again followed by PB Assist.  Should I continue to take DigestZen while I am taking GX Assist?  What about lemon in my water?  I understand that has a cleansing effect also.  I am starting out with just 1 GX a day because I don't want to risk having more diarrhea.
