We use normal coconut oil with lavender in it. It tans u. Put it on and let it soak in b4 getting in sun. We even use it swimming. In the beginning u may still burn a little but use it to heal too. We have to get used to sun. After a few times u will b great. Also if u eat it and ujse it on skin year round it helps better.
