Oregano is a natural antibiotic.  Perhaps On Guard as well but I think Oregano alone would be sufficient.  The mouth heals very quickly when not interfered with.  I've always just used aloe vera gel after surgery and the wounds closed up within a few days compared to a month the first time.  I never used the gauze and stuff they give you either.  I am a bit of a medical rebel though;-)
