15 drops of frankincense, I would also add about 15 drops of Carrier oil.

Peppermint are both middle notes, and Frank is the base. Do I need a
top note? How do I do 50-80% with 2 oils, and still add 5-20% of the
base? Taking a deep breath now... :) I just feel a bit in a hurry
because I need to mix it tonight so my daughter can drop it in the
mail in the morning...
