Pat don't be too impressed.

Last August (before I knew about doTerra) I had to have gastric by pass surgery to get rid of hernias and ulcers caused by severe acid reflux. I was overweight but not obese.. I can eat what I want now in small portions of course. Frustrating part for me is I have only lost 25 # in 9 months.  Most people that have that surgery lose tons of weight. I only had 45-50 to lose to begin with. I am also diagnosed as bi-polar and am hypothyroid. I am trying to get off my meds slowly by replacing them with oils. I am hoping a good cleanse will maybe kick start things. If I can reach those goals over time I will be more then happy to shout it off the roof tops and you will all have a great testimonial to share.  Thanks to all of you for your input.

I have to have 80 gms. of protein per day for another condition.

I make a protein shake every morning with a greek yougart mixed in and knock out 1/2 of my daily amount that way. The sugar,white flour and soda aren't a big deal.

Yes, continue with your LLV and eliminate sugar, white flour, soda's and if possible all dairy.
