[Everything doTERRA] Aroma Ace Diffuser

Please help on how I should be using the Aroma Ace Diffuser. I was initially told to fill an empty 15ml bottle with water then add about 10 drops oil; set for full diffusion for one minute then off for 20 minutes. TIA

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Weird question....

This is a difficult question to answer without any history of what you are doing. How many oils do you use, how often do you use them.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Please Review & Help Me!!!

I do not have sutures (stitches) which I am happy that I do not. I read some past post regarding not to oil pull/mouth rinse until the stitches heal or something to that nature. Look up tooth extraction and review the posted of years of information and see if you find the answer there in the meantime of Ms. Pat responding, hoping she do.

[Everything doTERRA] Weird question....

I have been using essential oils for about 2 months now.  This week, I have noticed that I have been having an foul odor under my arm.  I thought it was just coincidence, maybe sweating too much, or something.  But it's been going on for about a week now.  So much to the point that at times I've had to reapply my natural deodorant 2-3 times a day.  Never did that previously.  When I mentioned my "odor issue" to my husband, he said he was noticing the very same thing on himself.  The only thing we've done differently is started using the oils.  Does anyone know if there is any correlation to the oils?  Possibly toxins leaving our body?  Or any other possibility of what this could mean?

[Everything doTERRA] Re: doTERRA skin care choices

I was just on here looking to see if anyone also has the same problem with the serum squirting out too fast and wasting product. I prefer the roll-on over the squirt bottle. Doterra needs to be informed of this problem as I will not order it again due to the waste and hassle of just getting the product out of the bottle

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Sty in my eye

It has been a while since I had a sty, but I think I used 1 drop Melaleuca rubbed into palm of my hand. Then carefully cup the hands over the eye and include the mouth and nose. Do not touch eye area. Hold this position as the moisture from the breath and the oils mix and are carried to the area of the stye. I opened and closed my eye every few seconds. Repeat 2 to 3 times daily until the stye is gone.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Please Review & Help Me!!!

For the first four days I would apply oils topically, Immortelle is a great one, also Deep Blue.

I would do an oil pull using the coconut oil (2 tbsp) and 2 drops of clove and 2 drops of OnGuard. I would put in mouth and gently move the oils around the mouth, for only about 2-3 minutes and then gently spit out. This is done at your own decision!

Repeat as needed.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: GX Assist

I am almost finished with the 30 day cleanse. I tried 1 capsule/day for 2 days and felt really bad, not something I chose to suffer through. So I chose to wait and try again later. You really have to be aware of how your body is reacting. Up it gradually if everything is going smoothly.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Please Review & Help Me!!!

Thank you so kindly to those whom have replied to concern. I may try the warm salt water that was recommended on the list of oral care after extraction paperwork. The tooth that was remove is the right upper molar in the far back near the wisdom tooth. My entire right jaw is sore and the gum and roof of mouth in the area of the extraction is sore with pain. At this point I know I need to at least try the salt water because, the more I wait it's like I could feel maybe infection is starting to settle in. I also feel a slight bit of swelling happening in the are of the extraction. Again, thank you very much as your recommendation is useful and helpful. Take care!

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Please Review & Help Me!!!

If your dentist told you to use a warm water salt mouthwash, I would do it. You don't have to swish aggressively. That will also help get the food out of the pulled tooth area.

My crown came out and I needed to get a different crown. When I got home from the dentist, my mouth and gum was very sore. I used 2 drops of OnGuard in 1/2 cup of water and slowly swished in my mouth. At a different time of day, I use the warm water salt mouthwash, which my dentist told me to do. Both were helpful for me. I also put Frankincense on my clean finger and put it on the sore (caused by the the jagged tooth) in my mouth in the back cheekbone area. That helped with the pain.

Wish you well!

While you wait for other replies you might try some diluted clove oil on the outside area where you are having pain. It can sort of numb the area. I hope this helps some.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] GX Assist

I use one GX a day for the first three days  then two a day the next three days then three a day the last 4 days      The elimination can vary depending on your diet but for me because I was detoxing from sugar I had a few days of more elimination than normal for me ,  good luck

Re: [Everything doTERRA] GX Assist

Thanks for sharing your experiences! Sounds like a product that works as a 10 day cleanse but can also be incorporated into a 30 day cleanse depending on what your body needs and health goals are? The reason I asked how many, I was thinking my sister and I could do the 10 day cleanse together using one bottle and then follow with pb assist. I've done cleanses before, some that resulted in elimination some that didn't. I get that doterra is different and effective! I'll be starting the LLV supps next month as soon as I get my lrp order in. I might just wait until I have been on the llV for a bit before I do the cleanse... I'm glad to hear you are feeling so good!

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Control bars

Everyone's going to be different.  I can absolutely taste spinach,  my husband can slightly taste it,  almost like an aftertaste.  I'm not a huge fan but do think they get better about half way through.  I'll continue to eat them because they do control my afternoon munchies.

[Everything doTERRA] lymph node under arm

I have a lady that has a knot under her arm.  She thinks it is her lymph node.  It does get bigger when she doesn't take frankincense and arborvitae in a capsule.  She was rubbing topically frankincense and grapefruit under her arm but it really burns bad.  Does anyone have any suggestions.  It is not going away, just gets smaller.  Thoughts??  Thanks.

Thanks Vivian. Do you make your own? Do you know if there is a reducer cap on the 30ml bottle in order to count drops or does it pour out?

Re: [Everything doTERRA] GX Assist

I am about to finish my 30 day cleanse , I started off using buy LLV twice a day at half dosage , using GX once a day for three days along with one terrazyme three times a day and zendocrine  complex  twice a day then GX twice a day for three days and then fGX three times a day for 4 days along with the same dosage of the other cleanse products . The next ten days I used PB assist twice a day along with the terrazyme three times a day and zendocrine  complex twice a day. I rubbed the zendocrine oil on my tummy twice a day drank lemon water three times a day along with slim and sassy  ,   During these past 21 days I have had two days of horrid headaches. A couple days of fatigue but overall I am feeling fantastic  I've been doing a sugar detox so I've not eaten any sugars or carbs for those detox days because sugar feeds candida so it would be useless to do a cleanse and not stop eating the foods that are feeding candida .  I have released 8 pounds in those 21 days and can honestly say that I have a ton more energy and most of all I feel like I am in control of my body rather then the sugar . I don't feel hungry and I don't feel obsessed over sugar anymore .  This has been a n emotional process these past two years. Last year I gave up all fast foods thanks to skin a d sassy oil which supported me in rehearing the emotional and physical cravings for fast foods.  This year I gave up soda drinks and now I plan to reduce my sugar and carbs intake drastically . I'm so thankful for doTERRA  products in assisting me with my overall emotional and mental heath . I've been assisting 16 clients of mine twice s month since January 7 th. We are called  Skim and Sassy team.  In the last four months three clients in our group have become wholesale members instead of just retail users,  DoTerra ROCKS!!!!! !

My point is: it is clear our products do their job and therefore expect any form of die-off reaction. It may or may not happen to YOU as we are all different and unique.

If it does happen, just reduce the dose or stop for a while depending on the severity of the reaction.  But don't be afraid because once you're cleaned up, it will get easier next time you do a repeat protocol.
